Refund policy

We accept returned items (unless otherwise noted) for store credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery date. Returned items must be unused, in original packaging and with original tags still attached. All shipping charges for returns or exchanges are to be covered by the customer. 

All sale items are final and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges due the unpredictable nature of local and international customs at this time.

All returns must be authorized before we will accept them. Email info@ubaclothing.com with your order # before shipping out your return. We will provide the shipping address when the return is authorized. ubaclothing.com is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit; we highly suggest that you use a courier with a trackable shipping service.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
